Returns:

- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

- Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with the return.
Exchanges:
- Exchanges are accepted within 90 days from the date of delivery.
- The product for exchange must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer support team at contact@fastostore.com. They will guide you through the process.
- Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with the exchange.
Shipping Address for Returns and Exchanges:
Please contact our customer support team at contact@fastostore.com to obtain the shipping address for returns and exchanges. Include your order number and reason for return or exchange in the email.
Refunds:
Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to be credited back to your original payment method.
Exceptions:
Personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for returns or exchanges, unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at contact@fastostore.com with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
