Casual gamer here. Product was well packaged. Worked fine and was easy to use for PS2 type games. Idk about hardcore gaming as I’m not really into that but to play your average computer game it works fine.

if I could change anything about it, it would simply be having the ability to reduce the brightness of the RGB and have it remember the last setting, other than that, can’t fault it
